#76 - [core] Discussion label is confusing in left menu

By clicking on Discussion in the left menu, user expect a screen used to manage all aspects of his/her discussion. Instead he/she access a list of discussions. Either the menu label is clarified (e.g. Discussions list), or some features are added to the targeted screen (e.g. start a discussion)
