Detection @ mentioning in post and comments, notify targeted users. Cache context stakeholders for fast autocompletion, only display first name, get access to mini-profile, being able to skip notification where I'm not directly mentioned

@Lionel, thanks for your feedback. The one planned in Autumn had a wrong label. Problem fixed.
